Clinic Upgrade for Little Blues

We always appreciate our generous supporters and once again we would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Network Tasman Trust, the Nelson Building Society as well as private donors without whom our rehab clinic upgrade project wouldn’t have happened.

The clinic now boasts new “dream to clean” flooring which is also penguin-feet-friendly as well as new window coverings to help keep the space cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Little penguins have very effective body insulation for their life at sea, so keeping them cool in the summer is a priority. Imagine sitting in your sunroom in a wetsuit!
